About EdgeWorks
Since EdgeWorks began in 2020, nothing has come easy. But struggle has a way of carving out truth. For EdgeWorks, that truth is worth everything.
“I started this business as a creative outlet—an intersection of art, music, photography, writing, and design. Woodworking became the core of that vision, but EdgeWorks was never meant to be just another “live, laugh, love” woodshop in East Texas. It’s a place to experiment, to push limits, and to build with intention.
Every project I had the opportunity to work on during those first 3 years was built in a cramped townhome garage in Tyler, Tx. Weather, neighbors, a pandemic—you name it, I’ve had to work around it. Those challenges have shaped the vision of EdgeWorks, showing me that limitations can also be fuel.
Today, EdgeWorks has a new location in an amazing historic warehouse in Tyler’s downtown Arts District and is much more than a woodshop. It’s restoration, repair, and modification of historic furniture. It’s custom furniture and accent pieces. It’s design, art, and passion projects that carry stories. Every piece is personal, every detail intentional.
One of my favorite projects over the years is my father’s electric guitar—a companion he carried for 30+ years. I restored it with care, preserving its tone and resonance, while giving it a new voice that reflects my own story. That’s what EdgeWorks is about: honoring the history while shaping the future.
Every project is a pursuit of vision, a refusal to let creativity fade, and a commitment to the stories objects carry. To those who’ve supported EdgeWorks from the beginning—thank you. You’ve shown me that building isn’t just about the work, but about honoring the chance to create.”

Support EdgeWorks
EdgeWorks was built from the ground up, one tool, one project, one late night in a camped garage at a time. What started as a fight to stay creative in the middle of chaos has grown into a vision: to restore, design, and build pieces that carry stories worth keeping.
If you believe in preserving history, supporting independent craft, and giving creativity room to grow, consider donating to EdgeWorks. Every contribution helps keep the lights on, the tools running, and the vision alive. This isn’t just about furniture—it’s about proving that passion, persistence, and craftsmanship still matter.
Your support means everything. Thank you for being part of the story.
